digital banking update
On Tuesday, March 12, we launched a new digital banking platform designed to make your online and mobile banking experience better than ever. The new platform automatically replaced the current one, so there was NO action you needed to take.
New look. Improved navigation. Added convenience. What's not to love?
Our new digital banking platform features a clean and simple user interface. Improved navigation. And additional features designed to make banking with us quicker, easier, and more convenient.
New features that provide real benefits.
Our new digital banking platform is designed to provide you with a next generation digital banking experience. Features include:
- Sleek, modern interface
- New navigation bar featuring "one click away" access
- Increased speed and performance
- Intuitive design for an enhanced banking experience
- In-app prompts to provide feedback
- Dark mode option available for desktop and mobile
The look and feel has changed. Your existing settings have not.
While the look and feel of our online and mobile banking platforms has changed, your existing settings did not change.
- Your User ID & Password did NOT change
- You do NOT have to download a new version of our mobile banking app
- Your established settings for features like Bill Pay and Account Transfers did NOT change
New & improved login process for Online Banking customers.
As part of the upgrade to our new digital banking platform, we simplified the login process for Online Banking customers. Previously, you entered your user ID on one screen and your password on another. On the new platform, you enter your user ID and password on the same screen.
Use third-party software to manage your bank accounts?
If your currently use Intuit products such as Express Web Connect, Mint.com, and QuickBooks Online, you may experience connectivity issues for 24-48 hours before service is restored. If you currently use a non-Intuit product, you will need to contact that provider directly for support. Simply inform the provider that you are a customer of Florence Bank which recently upgraded their digital banking platform and they should be able to assist you.
