eStatements & eBills
If you want to do something good for the environment and simplify your recordkeeping at the same time, eStatements (for deposit accounts) and eBills (for loan accounts) can help you do both. Quicker than statements delivered through traditional mail, eStatements and eBills can be downloaded to your computer or financial software. You can view them from any computer or mobile device and the secure password-protected site safeguards your information.

Direct Deposit
Who needs one more thing on their "to do" list? With direct deposit your paycheck, pension or social security check goes directly into your account. That means you'll never lose a check or have one stolen. It also means you'll save time by not having to go to the bank and avoid bounced checks by having your check deposited on the day that it's issued.
As an added bonus, when you establish direct deposit to your Florence Bank account, you can receive your funds up to two days early*.

Safe Deposit Box*
There are some things that absolutely, positively have to be kept safe and secure. Whether it's insurance policies, marriage or birth certificates, deeds, jewelry, or sentimental items that can never be replaced, having a safe deposit box can keep all your valuable documents and items in one place that's easy for you to access. Boxes come in a variety of sizes and can be used for personal or business needs. Price is based on the box size chosen. Safe deposit boxes are available at Florence, King Street, Hadley, Easthampton and Amherst branch locations.

Money Orders
A money order is the answer if you only have occasional bills to pay, or find yourself in a situation where a check or cash is not accepted. It can be written for any dollar amount up to $1,000, and we'll be happy to provide you with a copy of the money order for easy record keeping.
Wire Transfers
Need to get it there fast? We can wire transfer funds to financial institutions within the United States, as well as internationally, from your Florence Bank checking account or savings account. Wire transfers are available at all branches, and are not only quick, but are also convenient, too.
Check Reorders
Reordering checks online is fast, easy and convenient.
Please make sure you have your Routing Number, Transit Number, and Account Number ready.
